- “Date of Transaction” refers to the date a product or service is purchased or renewed through Hostinza.
- “Refund Period” refers to the timeframe within which a refund can be requested.
🔒 Note: Once an account is closed, no refunds will be issued. If you’re eligible for a refund, you must request it before initiating account closure.

Cancellation Policy
- Service renewals (for hosting, domain registration, or website promotion) must be cancelled at least 7 business days before the current billing cycle ends.
- Late cancellation requests will apply to the next billing period.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 15 working days after confirmation.
Refund Policy by Service Type
✅ Web Hosting – New Customers
All new hosting plans are backed by a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied within the first 15 days:
- You are eligible for a 100% refund of the plan amount.
- Any applicable setup fees are non-refundable.
🔁 Web Hosting – Renewals
- Annual plans: Refund requests must be made at least 5 days before the renewal date.
- Monthly plans: Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the renewal transaction.
🌐 Domain Names
- Non-refundable: All domain purchases are final and non-refundable.
- You own your domain fully upon successful payment.
- Typos or spelling errors cannot be corrected post-registration, so please verify details before purchasing.
- Domains are transferable but not refundable.
🔁 Domain Name Renewals
- Renewals are processed automatically as per your contract.
- To cancel auto-renewal, submit a written request before the renewal date.
- Domain renewals are billed on at least an annual basis.
💻 Web Design/Development Services
If you are not satisfied with our web design or development services:
- Refund requests can be made within 15 days from the project installation date.
- Any refund will be issued after deducting applicable taxes and hourly charges for completed work.
⚠️ Transaction Failures or Duplicate Payments
If you experience a transaction failure:
- First, check your bank account for any deductions.
- If funds were not deducted, you may retry the payment.
- If payment was deducted twice, submit a support ticket or email billing@hostinza.co.in with proof of both transactions.
- Duplicate payments will be refunded to the source within 15 to 20 working days.
